Does anyone else on here have health anxiety
How the heck do you control it

I have ot so severe aroubd my sisters and as soon as one gets just a simple cold it sets off constantly to the point i either throw up or i havr constant contact with them checking on them

I hope you are doing well. With the anxiety around the issues you have mentioned have you reached out to a Dr to speak with?

thanks for replying, this threads about 3 yrs old now but thank you.
i have spoken with my gp previously, but i havent spoken with a counsellor about it for a while. have been to busy focussing on getting so many other things sorted out
