Mr shaz said today and yesterday he had to tell himself to breath , today he felt himself getting more and more anxious while he ws working , all he wanted to do was go home

Mr shaz said it took a while to go to sleep last night and hewas awke early and could not go back to sleep

when we came home ,he has had 2 beers and he has been trying to tell himself to breath , he says he is very anxious about tomorrow if it is going to rain or not

Hello @Former-Member, Mr Shaz has stopped taking his medication? , yes he has totally stopped his meds now

Does his GP know about this? , no @Former-Member

Has something triggered this anxiety?-- i think it is happening as the results of not taking his meds , making it worse than when he is taking the meds

I am ok , but i can see mr shaz getting more and more like he was before he was on the meds xx

maybe he should get back to his gp and ask about his medications though. it just might help him again and you as well

Sounds to me like Mr Shaz is lacking insight into what is causing him more distress by not taking his meds. Do you think he'd go back to the GP and own up that he's off them @Shaz51?
