I have an android phone, I am trying to log in via the mental as log in, it is not working. Why? it starts to infill my username then the keyboard disappears and then it returns with highlighted red fields - but it won;t let me infil the username and password. Wondering if I have done something wrong in the phone log in that someone tech end can clear so I can try again (I am typing this on my computer). TA

How annoying. I'm not the greatest with tech stuff, but let me see if I can help. If not, I'll get our IT whiz to have a look into it. Are you using the SANE Forums App?
Also @BlueBay was having similar issues. @BlueBay is this what happened to you last week? If so, how did you fix it?

I'm having the same problem with my Apple Iphone.
I never had this problem before but just since the last week, I am having trouble.
@CherryBomb yes, each time I try to type my name and password it tries to reload again and it won't let me try again.
But if I use my desk top computer it is fine?? Can't work it out.

That sounds so bizarre @BlueBay. Are you using the SANE Forums app?
I will pass this on to our IT person, but in the mean time, it'd be helpful to get as much information as I can to help our IT person make sense of what's happening.

Hi @BlueBay & @MoonGal
Can you try clearing your internet browser cookies? If you're not sure how to do this, search 'clear cookies on mobile' and include the name of the brower you are using eg: Chrome, Safari etc
Then try and log in again, and let me know how you go.
