I feel so lost and empty. I alway want to self harm. I just hate me

I feel alot better today. My doc has put me higher on one of my antidepressants . Thank you for asking

Just type the @ then the name if on the computer when you type @ names pop up than pick from
So just as ive done with yours

Ok. How do i go to my profile and put a pic up . I just feel a bit lost with what i can do on here. Is doing it on the computer better than doing it on your phone.

You can only change your profile pic on a computer.
Whem your on your computer click onto your avatar and click on setting from there you can change tour profile picture

If your ever stuck just ask. Someone will be able to help you

So now i know tagging and profile pics was there anything else that your stuck on that i might be able to help with
