I am not sure what I am going to do @utopia. I think there is a way of making people feel comfortable without being too personable/personal. Its a bit more then what was said during the week. I think me being in hospital and seeing different Doctors, I didn't think I could change Doctors. Initially it was a bit uncomfortable seeing her on my fist visit but after that I felt quite comfortable.
I know the appointment before I did express some of my concerns to her and how I had negative feelings because of what she has said previously and it had really hurt me. After one of my admissions to hospital I had discussed being bullied in school and I thought I could talk to her about it, and her response was inappropriate and all she said was that they didn't have to like me. Sorry I got a bit side tracked it just gives a bit more context to what has been happening. My eyes started to well up in tears and my feeling felt quite raw because I genuinely cared about her as a person and as my Doctor.
I was actually proud of how I spoke to her and I was able to contain the information I gave to her and my emotion but it did feel good to express how I felt.
