What even is normal? I haven't felt normal in so long now that I don't even know how to act or feel.
I guess I just need to know I'm not alone and that things can get better.

Life becomes so hard when nothing seems like it's going to look up anymore. I'm so overwhelmed with emotions that everything I say or do seems to just create more issues for me. I now understand why people look to death, it has that sort of feeling where you won't have to deal anymore, it gives you that hope of being able to escape. I've just dug myself a hole and have no idea if I can make it out in one piece.

hello @Former-Member
the world can be overwhelming, existence, trying to work out how we fit becomes too hard.
sleep seems so inviting, peaceful and yes if sleep comes naturally we find some relief.
The part of this that really sucks though is that when we feel at our worst, that pure sleep that we seek does not play fairly.
What is normal? No answer. The word should be removed from the dictionary. I can think of a few others to get rid of at the same time.
How about perfect? nice?

@Former-Member nope your not alone at all- im sure theres many people with the same experiences as well
@Shaz51 @Faith-and-Hope @Mazarita @CherryBomb@NikNik could probably give you some more advice and support as well on how to deal with these thoughts as well
i find with anxiety and depression- i have it myself- lot of situations overwhelm me as well. i try to take it one step at a time and sometimes break it down into thoughts and sections so it doesnt seem so seem so much to deal with.
when trying to deal with heaps of situations and things that overwhelm us its hard to solve the issue without having a clear mind
i would encourage you to keep seeing a psychogist to help you through as external support as well
