The Weekly Friday Feast

NikNikSenior Contributor

The Weekly Friday Feast

Thank goodness it's Friday (or TGIF as some say!)

We thought we would start a thread where we could come together every Friday and "share a meal" and debrief about our week.

To participate, there are 2 requirements -

1) Bring a (virtual) plate of food

2) Bring a topic of discussion

So pull up a virtual chair, post a picture or description of what (virtual) dish you're bringing along and say hi and let us know how your week was.

Looking forward to seeing you at our first Friday Feast!

Chat soon 🙂

Re: The Weekly Friday Feast

@Shaz51 - I sometimes wish I was shorter. As my Nan's always makes the statement of "Greater things come in small packages"

Re: The Weekly Friday Feast

I'm only the tiniest bit taller than you @Shaz51. When I want to reach something on the top shelf at Woolies, I have to wait around for someone tall to help me.

Re: The Weekly Friday Feast

Haha @Mazarita yes that is the polite term

@soul I cant believe you've never been to a friday feast!! I'm so happy your here! I too love florence

That was going to be my answer to your question @Former-Member...I have many favourites but London and Florence are at the very top of the list London because I feel 'at home' there and Florence because it is just such a beautiful city and the surrounding towns/Tuscany area is just breathtaking. It also isnt as busy as what Rome and Venice get. Also I just love anything Italian

@Shaz51 it's just me at the moment...I think Im the one that needs the hand haha I shall struggle on!

Re: The Weekly Friday Feast

@Former-Member giggle. We could go coin collecting...I just hope we don't get hit in the head too many times by the people throwing coins in. Hey @Former-Member, I don't suppose you thought to pack all the floaties did you? They would look super in Trevi fountain.
