@Jacques It sounds like you have had a super tough week. I'm super glad you are able to come and hang out here tonight. Apple crumble and icecream sounds fabulous.

@CheerBear I guess the highlight of my week was FINALLY feeling heard by my psychologist. Granted, it took three sessions in the one week (two in one day!!!!) and a whole lot of chaos to get to that point, but HOPEFULLY this is a step forward in our attempts to communicate...which is kind-of important in the therapeutic relationship.

@Phoenix_Rising - woooohooooo! Feeling heard is SUPER important! As is communication! SO good to hear. That sounds a bit like a little rainbow following a big storm! Oh - I read the wave again too. I think I once got your 'new mod' in a kinder surprise.... I swear he's in a box of trinkety things in my shed haha!
