i have started watching a tv series called rectify, it so reminds me of my own life.

I haven't heard of rectify, what is it about?

rectify is about a man who spent 20 years on death row for killing his girlfriend, only to be let out because he didn't do it. He is struggling to adjust to life out side jail to adapt to the out side world and the consequences of living in a small town.

Wow that sounds like such an interesting show. I think I'll have to get on it!

The highlight of my week was visiting my psychiatrist. I'm appreciating his help. I've also been walking on the beach some days too.

I have had an unbelievably shitty week.

To the point where I am amazed I didn't off myself.

I am safe enough. I know the helplines.

I was reading a book earlier, which has managed to make me feel worse.

By the way, theres a series of books by Scott Westerfield called 'uglies' 'pretties' and 'specials'.

Do not read! Or do, whatever. Whooole heap of triggers. Body perfection, self harm. Oh my word so much sh. Not good to read while I'm so fragile atm...
