The Weekly Friday Feast

Thank goodness it's Friday (or TGIF as some say!)

We thought we would start a thread where we could come together every Friday and "share a meal" and debrief about our week.

To participate, there are 2 requirements -

1) Bring a (virtual) plate of food

2) Bring a topic of discussion

So pull up a virtual chair, post a picture or description of what (virtual) dish you're bringing along and say hi and let us know how your week was.

Looking forward to seeing you at our first Friday Feast!

I sorta missed the Friday Fest - but I did have Sweet and Sour Pork with Fried Rice and Vegetables - prepared in advance - but there are nights when that's dinner

Trying on clothes hurts - I like the woman who took me there - wonderful person - she comes every second Friday - but her taste in colours - maroon, orange, green - my clothes are mix-and-matched on a navy, lighter blue and black line - bright aqua - but I stick to what I like even if my cupboard has a sorta blue through to black dynamic

Anyway - I hope tonight was a good feast - but I am tired tonight after a good day

I got my dd a fabulous birthday present - now that time has come again I remember than 45 years ago I was hanging onto an eight month foetus and she was ready to be born - in a hurry - but she was underdone - not that anyone would know that now

I rejoice

Take a time for some rest and recreation - and enjoy the peace if hubby lets you have that
