Doing ok @Former-Member. Holding my own for a change but still have a long way to go. Had lots going on around me, we are getting there slowly. Had a few wins with my 16 yr old so that was good. 💜😊. Hopefully this week you can ease up a bit.

Well, it sounds like there might have been a few more ticks than crosses this week, @Former-Member. Holding your own has to be good. 16 is such a fun age for a girl hey? (Jokes) My one and only is 16 (we are a little family of two). I really feel for her. Life is so much more complex than when I was that age.

It is flooding where i am and it is cold and raining heavily, i thought a nice hot pudding would go down well.

hope everyone is ok, nice to hear from @Appleblossom, and i hope your tests have gone well @Shaz51, sorry to hear your kidneys are having problems.

my anxiety has been so high this week i have cracked a tooth from biting down so hard, i am hoping i can find a way to settle my anxiety.

i hope everyone is having a quiet calm night. thinking of you @Former-Member, i know you are struggling.

Cracked tooth? Ouch! You poor thing. We must have a different kind of anxious teeth thing. I just wear the back ones down. We must be a dentist's dream.

Yes, my house is fine, but the roads are badly damaged and flooded, the river that runs beside my house is expected to flood tonight or tomorrow.

yes, my anxious teeth thing is to bight down really hard. sometimes i grind them, but i heard a loud pop.

i have to wait 3 weeks to get into a dentist
