@Former-Member Sorry if I'm seeming pushy but I was wondering if you were a bit like me in that when you get down sometimes just listening (reading) others good news stories distracts and lifts your mood. I was there last night and @Faith-and-Hope and @Mazarita obliged me with their good news stories and it helped.

Looks like a quiet weekend for us here @Former-Member, but the weather outlook is for both rain and sunshine, so I might get out and about walking more than I have been able to in recent weeks ....

Saw dolphins down at the river this morning. I haven't seen them for quite some time .... but that's because I haven't been down there much.

Sorry all think I'm in a bit of a crazy mood. I've had 24 seasons in one day today so crazy should be there too. My therapist made the mistake of messaging me to see how I was and then had to suffer the answer. She replied with 'I'm glad you are getting to know all your feelings and being able to recognise and name them' 😳😜😂

i have football on tomorrow which will probably bring the usual emotions for me as it is back in my old home town but I'm getting heaps better with it.

My biggest saga for the weekend will be finding a new toilet seat that fits. Drew around my toilet tonight, cut it out and went to Bunnings only to find none of them fit grrr.

seeing dolphins sounds great @Faith-and-Hope i have always wanted to see whales.

I hope that the football goes ok tomorrow, i miss being involved with a club, not that i could play netball anymroe as my legs are not so great! hope that being back in the home town isnt too bad

I made Meat Loaf in it was zucchini, carrot, onion, mince, breadcrumbs, and egg with barbeque glaze it was yummy

How long ago did you stop playing netball @Former-Member. Did you play country sport, I'm not sure if you are country or not. My kids play in a country league and it has a good vibe about it. The netbal follows the footy which is a good family atmosphere. I love watching some of the wives hand over the toddlers and babies to their partners after they've come off the field so they can play netball and vice versa.
