@Jacques hey Jacques, I had some bad trauma years back. It flares up often. Over the weekend went for a walk with a friend. Just found out she is dying of cancer. Another media personnel I follow commit suicide that day as well. That flared up my trauma thinking. Was very tough. Thanks for support

im so sorry to hear that @Meowmy it is amazing what triggers past trauma's it often catches me off guard, news like that really shakes me up too. gentle hugs my friend. i hope things get better soon.

yeah @Bill16 i did wear a mask and yes the paint does have led in it, i was extra careful, i had a proper resperator and goggles.
