hey @Bill16 going ok mate, not sleeping at all but im ok. been cleaning mouse crap out of the shed, i found a container with a broken lid. it was full of electrical gear from my dad, they had chewed and crapped everywhere. so that has been my day, really unpleasent, but had to be done. how was your weekend mate? what have you been up to?

yeah @Bill16 checked all the motorbike over, no signs they have chewed on any wiring. i caught some luck there. we had a mouse plague a few years ago, everytime i think i have cleaned up i find something else. nothing is sacred to them. i mouse proofed the shed made all the doors sealed, so they can't get in next time. how is the property hunting going? anything takes your fancy?

Yeah mate @Jacques I'm interested in one property,my brother would only be 10 kilometres away,so that would be cool,it's 260g ,so I reckon it would be good for 245g

sounds sweet @Bill16 do they have any open days for you to check it out? im not sure how the market is around you but i know prices where i am and my partner is are going up. so i hope you can snag a bargin.

I think there are a lot of people doing it tough around now,so yeah they might not be able to afford there mortgage,banks selling houses cheaper? I'm not sure ay @Jacques

yeah your right @Bill16 a lot of houses are being sold by banks, unfortunate for home people with morgages but good for you, i hope you can get something cheap. will have my fingers crossed for you mate.
