The Weekly Friday Feast

Thank goodness it's Friday (or TGIF as some say!)

We thought we would start a thread where we could come together every Friday and "share a meal" and debrief about our week.

To participate, there are 2 requirements -

1) Bring a (virtual) plate of food

2) Bring a topic of discussion

So pull up a virtual chair, post a picture or description of what (virtual) dish you're bringing along and say hi and let us know how your week was.

Looking forward to seeing you at our first Friday Feast!

Hi, I just wanted to say thanks for the support from everyone over such a tough week I am seeing my psychiatrist tomorrow for a much needed debrief. In the meantime I hope that everyone is okay and getting through the week no matter what your struggles are atm. I'm about to go to work, so will contact later.

Good evening Everone,

I know I'm early but I have dinner nearly ready, so here it is: ravioli with tomato chilli sauce and a couple of bottles of cider. The right way to finish a difficult week. So glad I'm home with hubby and the fire is on keeping us cosy and warm. I guess that will sum me up for he weekend if the weatherman is right about the rain.

Moods been up and down like a roller coaster this week with a bit too much time in the dark pitches, more like a scary dark ride, but the comfort of home gives me hope.

Ravioli and cidar sounds like a delcious combination - a great way to end a tough week.

Glad you're going to have cosy weekend. What part of Australia are you in? I'm in the Blue Mountains. It's so cold now. Unfortunately, we don't have a fire place, but we got a great heater.

I'm (well my partner) is currently making us veggie pizzas, which I thought I'd also share here in the virtual world.

That looks so yummy @CherryBomb. I'm having a night in tonight, I bought Thai for dinner and am waiting for a friend to come and pick up her little dog. I was dog sitting for a few days, good company for my own pooch. It's cold and rainy in Melbourne tonight

I love Thai food, what dish did you get?

I moved from Melbourne to the Blue Mountains, but Melbourne still feels like home - it's where my family lives. I hear its been cold there all week, is that right?

What a lovely time to have fur baby, perfect snuggle weather. What sort of dog is it?
