The Weekly Friday Feast

Thank goodness it's Friday (or TGIF as some say!)

We thought we would start a thread where we could come together every Friday and "share a meal" and debrief about our week.

To participate, there are 2 requirements -

1) Bring a (virtual) plate of food

2) Bring a topic of discussion

So pull up a virtual chair, post a picture or description of what (virtual) dish you're bringing along and say hi and let us know how your week was.

Looking forward to seeing you at our first Friday Feast!

this is just a quick hello, my Telstra boradband is not working still from the outage today, i just wanted to say hi and say i am sorry i can't join in tonight, i am very dissapointed, i hope i can next week if the internet comes online by then 😕

Friday night feast

Had some Beef Stroganoff with veges and a chocolate brownie dessert followed by a nice cup of coffee.

Enjoyed my day as I was treated to a facial massge. All good morale things. Best wishes to each forum

You might like my desert - raspberries with vanilla yoghurt and soy grits - that tastes super and has a gritty texture and has a host of flavours but not to the point of being overwhelming

Another dish I take down to my grandchildren's places at Christmas is my baby pavlovas with a strawberry in the middle of the cream and with blueberries all around the edges and sprinkled with icing sugar.

You don't have to be a little kid to dismantle one or three of those - and eat it bit by bite and enjoy yourself
