Nice to hear from you, @Shaz51 ...pumpkin, onion, garlic, coconut cream, chicken stock, sambal oelek, fish sauce, basil, coriander...sometimes a little tomato paste to round out the flavour. Sometimes I even curry it the next day. Quick.

@tyme I used to try to educate myself in cookery because I can't afford to eat in restaurants, and being creative is the only way I can indulge in the finer things. But over time, I have become lazy. I will get back into it at a later date, but cooking for one can be a bit disspiriting sometimes. Things will improve, I know. I'm just not pushing myself.

Yeah mate, I use it all the time on the high way, really helps with Lower fuel consumption. Not much torque in 6th though @Bill16
