The Weekly Friday Feast

Thank goodness it's Friday (or TGIF as some say!)

We thought we would start a thread where we could come together every Friday and "share a meal" and debrief about our week.

To participate, there are 2 requirements -

1) Bring a (virtual) plate of food

2) Bring a topic of discussion

So pull up a virtual chair, post a picture or description of what (virtual) dish you're bringing along and say hi and let us know how your week was.

Looking forward to seeing you at our first Friday Feast!

I was busy too, @frog. Saturday is going well so far - immersed in study - and I'm just about to go for a walk as I've burnt my concentration into a non-receptive hole, and that's time to take a break. Looks like I'll be able to sneak in a walk before there is any risk of rain.

Living in lockdown can really take its toll and at times it can be extremely challenging to find a way to keep our heads above the water

Watching our lives change in ways that we can’t control can leave us feeling incredibly angry, anxious and frustrated and I can really appreciate how everything is catching up with you.

Please know that I’m thinking of you at such a difficult time

I am trying to make my way with all this my friend truly I am. There are so many things happening all around in my world and I am now thinking that these days what I need is a good mindset above anything and everything else.
