Thank you so much for inviting me to participate in the Friday Feast - I’m so sorry that I wasn’t able to join you.

Thank you for thinking about me Some days are easier than others and there have definitely been moments when I’ve had to remind myself to breathe

I’m so sorry to hear that you’re having a difficult time and in my experience this can be an incredibly lonely and distressing place to be.

Living in lockdown can be incredibly challenging and it’s exhausting to have to constantly find ways to ‘hang in there’ when we’re exhausted and our emotional reserves are depleted

I felt really curious when you shared ‘harder still when you’re caught up in a world of your own’ and I just ever so gently wondered what this meant for you?

Please know that I’m thinking of you and sending you some gentle and caring hugs at such a difficult time
