The Weekly Friday Feast

NikNikSenior Contributor

The Weekly Friday Feast

Thank goodness it's Friday (or TGIF as some say!)

We thought we would start a thread where we could come together every Friday and "share a meal" and debrief about our week.

To participate, there are 2 requirements -

1) Bring a (virtual) plate of food

2) Bring a topic of discussion

So pull up a virtual chair, post a picture or description of what (virtual) dish you're bringing along and say hi and let us know how your week was.

Looking forward to seeing you at our first Friday Feast!

Chat soon 🙂

Hi @Smc

More tastebud teasers, like the look of the icecream on display.

However, couldn't work out the connections in the "Artisinal Hand made Icecream" comic page

Must be getting too old!!

Cheers

Re: The Weekly Friday Feast

@HenryX...."Artisanal" connections....

Hipster driver.
Hand made icecream.
Live music played on an "alternate" instrument.
Classic truck.

I like it because Hubby, and myself to a smaller extent, have worked in craft trades that are popularly considered "artisanal". And it's a good community with a lot of genuine people in it, but then you get the trendy-artisanal stuff that takes it a step too far into fantasies without realising it. 😛
