The Weekly Friday Feast

Thank goodness it's Friday (or TGIF as some say!)

We thought we would start a thread where we could come together every Friday and "share a meal" and debrief about our week.

To participate, there are 2 requirements -

1) Bring a (virtual) plate of food

2) Bring a topic of discussion

So pull up a virtual chair, post a picture or description of what (virtual) dish you're bringing along and say hi and let us know how your week was.

Looking forward to seeing you at our first Friday Feast!

I went to ikea today and left him at home with Arlo. When I got home he had for me some chocolate ....... Yummy .....

How are you @Former-Member ? I don't think you can wash your hair for three days can you ? Arlo is talking in his sleep ...... He's probably thinking of chocolate I gave him ...... I know I'm not supposed to give him but he deep breathes !!

I thought it was 2 days @PeppiPatty I wash my hair every second day - it gets oily! I will try to stretch it out I'm pretty exhausted as I said earlier in the evening - went to yoga & had the partners in recovery meeting. BOth helpful, but ultimately draining. Too much anxiety going on though to try to sleep yet... How are you? Hi @LittleBuddha - nice to meet @PeppiPatty better half or is she your better half? My partner calls me his better half.

I have seen a Big Buddhas ... but only had a tiny one at home ...about 5 cm who sits next to Shiva.

Lovely to see you @Former-Member @Mazarita and @PeppiPatty. Sounds like it has been flat out for most of us.

@Former-Member I am drinking my little bit of mother with apple cider .. but havent gone down the kombacha road yet.
