Looking for your feedback on: Schizophrenia Guide & Factsheet

Looking for your feedback on: Schizophrenia Guide & Factsheet

Hi everyone,

Here at SANE we think it's critical to have our content reviewed by carers and people with lived experience.

We are looking for feedback on our current factsheet and guide on Schizophrenia.

You will be able to flip between the Factsheet & Guide under the heading 'Schizophrenia'

It doesn't matter what level of experience or understanding you have on this topic. If you have experience, you can give us feedback on how close it aligns to your understanding and knowledge. If you don't have experience, you can let us know if there's information missing that you want to know more about and if the content is easy to understand. The main feedback we're looking for is:

  1. Is the information easy to understand?
  2. Is there any language that is jarring or confusing?
  3. Is there anything missing that you’d like to know more about?
  4. Any other thoughts?

We are looking to have all the feedback collated by Friday 26 May. If you have any questions in the meantime, please @mention me (ie: @NikNik) and I will jump in and answer anything I can!

Thanks,

Nik

Re: Looking for your feedback on: Schizophrenia Guide & Factsheet

Hello Nik,

1. I think the information was easy enough to understand.

2. The only confusing bit wasn't really the language, and it's really nothing; but where it says 'It's common' I first read 100 people in the World will have it, and thought - that's not common? I think it was because where it says one in 100, maybe the one would be better as a number 1?

3. I don't know enough about it to know if anything's missing, but would like to know what things are similar - like the disasociation identity thing, but that's just personal.

4. I'm just wondering if it could affect your memory by taking pieces of it throughout your life?
