So I arrived here at midday today.
Feeling a bit lost. Everything is so ... strange.
Not sure what to do now.
Starting to get a bit anxious. A bit teary. Trying hard not to think, or to feel.
Wishing I had a bourbon or some chips or junk food. Something to keep me busy and not feeling.

Oh @utopia that is exactly how I feel every day. It is a deep, hollow. lonely place. I don't have any advice for you my friend - all I have is my love and friendship and to let you know I know the pain and I am sitting with you.

I did notice you where back in hospital yesterday, I am sorry to hear that. I am hoping you are getting the help you deserve. I have been away and have been unwell sick I returned from overseas but feeling better since yesterday. What will be your treatment plan moving forward? Keep your chin up...
