So I arrived here at midday today.
Feeling a bit lost. Everything is so ... strange.
Not sure what to do now.
Starting to get a bit anxious. A bit teary. Trying hard not to think, or to feel.
Wishing I had a bourbon or some chips or junk food. Something to keep me busy and not feeling.

I am really pleased for you - and andandand - your new psychiatrist sounds like the bees knees and is going to make things better for you - and wants your change over on your medication to be as painless as possible - brilliant
