Make sure you drink plenty of water too @outlander I often find it helps with a headache. Take care of you my friend.

No wonder your mother wants to control you - you do all this work that she would otherwise have to do
And I have an idea she doesn't appreciate what you do
btw - I worked full time at one job - had a second job and studied part time and did most of the work at home myself - and what my daughter did - some ironing and the vacuuming - I paid her for that -
Wow - that is a mountain of work - and you have your own work as well - and I know caring for your pop is your job and you want to do that

and nope my mother doesnt apreciate me and going off the convo i just had no one else does either
i work full time with pop, primary care for sisters, and i also have two small side jobs which are paddock cleaning and maintenance and horse holiday care taker as well as studying the online courses. so yes im pretty flat out but dont worry i ahve an easy life- refer to other thread for this sarcasm
