Re: Found Myself Rocking
Hi Phoenix_Rising, Mohill, Appleblossom, Utopia, Eden1919, Queenie ... Hope your weekend has been good.
I tried to ring my parents but no answer, neither did Sons#1&2 but Son#3 answered. He's fine. I try to make Sunday afternoon my family time, where I contact them and or pray for each one. Can't be with them physically so this is the best I can offer.
Phoenix_Rising, its all good, I don't take offense or get offended with online friends because so much room for misunderstandings. But thanks for clarifying things. I did have to double check the meaning of arbitrary (love intelligent people like you, with a good vocabulary, you make me think) and yep, i agree - social norms are somewhat restrictive and random. You sound better than me at not worrying what people think, wtg!
I get anxious in public but you'd never know because i tend to hold myself tight, tense, stiff. Probably accounts for why I feel so tired after. Don't know why it matters so much to me what people think. Fear of rejection or drawing negative attention maybe.
I crashed for 18hrs solid today, havent done thet in years. Helped a friend sort her house for half a day yesterday, remember laying down for a rest mid arvo but didn't wake up 'till 10am this morning - what's with that? Very disorientating. Don't feel sick or anything, bit of hayfever and sore muscles from garden, that's all.
Sad news today about the passing of Happy Days actress Erin Moran (Joanie) Hope it wasn't suicide as I believe she struggled with depression. Anyone else get really affected by famous people we've never met dying?
