Re: Vortex of unhappiness
Yes I just watched that episode. I found it really good. But I am in a good place today - mentally - so I knew I wouldn't be triggered by the show.
Were you feeling low before the show? It sounds like this sensation of not feeling anything has been around for a while. Have you spoken to anyone about this before?

On a different note. To reply to someone - put the @ symbol in front of their full name - no spaces. That way thwy get an email notification stating someone is talking to them. It takes a little getting used to.
So @Teesha22 - will now get this post and hopefully will read your post above.

Hi @Smirky
What about the buddhist 'five precepts'
Or
What about the christian 'ten commandments'
What about 'the five precepts' and 'the ten commandments'
It doesn't make you a weak person
It makes you stronger

Re: Vortex of unhappiness
Hey @Teesha22
Meh! my day was as long and horrendous as the others. I'm feeling similar. I'm pushing people away - even though I so desperately want to be in a group of laughing friends... I don't want to be near anyone. I don't want to talk to my friends and be told the same thing ... again... "you're the only one that can change the way you feel" ... a - I know, b - I'll just hit my reset button shall I? *sigh* this too shall pass. I've forced myself to send texts... it's about all I can handle at the minute.
I really like your picture. It's beautiful - and strangely comforting and peaceful. I hope your days get easier and I hope that the little joys in life start appearing for us both.
