Oh @CheerBear that sucks. Remember to breathe. I think the psych triage people will be most interested in whether you are having any thoughts of suicide. If there is no evidence that you are suicidal (or a risk to others) it is highly unlikely that they will seek to admit you. The reality is that public psych wards are horribly overcrowded so they don't want you there if they don't think you need to be there.
I agree that this was probably not a helpful thing for your mental health worker to do - and you have certainly reminded me of why I kept saying "no" when my psychologist kept suggesting a phams worker for me.
Remember, you can get to Turtle Island from anywhere, anytime. Just close your eyes, focus on your breathing, and you will be there.

@Phoenix_Rising - i made the mistake of being too honest with her about exactly that. She would have told them all if it. There's no getting out of this now

Then you need to hold that line @CheerBear. Are they ringing you or coming for an assessment? I think you just need to prove what you're going to do to keep yourself safe. Having said that I really want you to be able to do that too.

I need to breathe and stop this panic before they speak to me. I would have been ok. I was struggling but I would have been ok 😢

it's happened to me too.... so also dittoing what @Former-Member said... omg so panicking here for you atm.... so can't even begin to know what you are going through.... @CheerBear ok.... gotta calm down.....
