Bummer re the little sleep @Former-Member. Only a couple of days until your little peeps are back I think? I'm ok today thanks. Not feeling fab but I think it's just a cold. Quiet nice day here today which is great. My decision is gardening or back to bed - i like this dilemma a lot 😉

Woohoo @Former-Member! Have FUN! Hope you get some down time and enjoyment out of being away.

I've decided garden it is today, but going to try and take it slowly. If I can get the garden looking nice it will make things a lot easier for next week when I have a big inspection and meeting for the housing issues. Cold and flu tablets and lots of water and I'll make soup tonight 🙂

Re: Complex PTSD - Depression - Anxiety - ADD - Fibro Myalgia/Chronic Fatigue - How do you "get over it"?

I'm in a bit of a pickle and am reaching out here for some advice if anyone is able to give their perspective please. I'm working with an organisation and have been for a while. I've come up against some pretty serious concerns and challenges as a client that have hit me hard as it's the industry I had strived to work in and had kind of just stepped into when life went bam. I have been holding off on making too much noise because I fear being deemed a trouble maker, because my mouth seems to get me in big trouble (and did for a while with them) and because often I seem to take the fall for things because I will stand up for myself and others. It's also because as much as I hate it, I am in desperate need of their assistance (as in our house and to an extent - safety sort of rely on it). I know there's power in numbers and know there are a number of others who have come across the same issues but have stayed much more silent than me, even when I had urged them to stand beside me while I spoke up. I was never planning on letting it go but was planning on keeping myself quieter until I wasn't so reliant on them. However now one of my 'friends' is in a dire situation because of these issues and is making noise and has asked me to step up and join her. I don't do well at all when I feel like I should be doing something, especially something that I very much believe in, but I'm scared that once again it will be me who takes the fall and this time that fall could have very dire outcomes as the ground is already way way too shaky. I hate feeling like I have to stay silent because of fear and can't stand feeling selfish. @Spookytookims and anyone else who's read this far, I'd really appreciate some advice please (if you can and don't mind). Thanks
