Not much @Former-Member 🐛🌹
Washing, cleaningexciting things like that. 😂
School drop off and pickup.
Home alone most of the day.
I enjoy having my days to myself.
How did your psych appointment go?

I'm cooking at the moment, so will be back later.

Hugs back @CheerBear 😙🌸
I did the personality test. I'm ISFP - Introvert, Sensing, Feeling, Perceiving.
Like most of us, I think it would be different if I felt well.
I used to be a people person and adventurous. Hmm! Where's that person gone?
@Spookytookims (re ISFP)

Any plans for your week off @Former-Member? 🌹🌼

Ok I'd better get cooking. 😊

@Former-Member@Former-Member

I've been trying to sleep today.. each time I do I'm waking up with terrible nightmares... can't remember any but the last one at the moment. That was one I ran over a mini little guy on a mini little motorbike, and he was under the car calling out for me to stop. Well he was ok, thank heavens... but it made me very scared. Heart racing... all that stuff.. but I'm ok now... nothing to be super worried about except I still feel super tired and could crawl back to bed even though I've been tried fitfully ,multiple times

Anyhow that's me.. just hope you two are faring better.

@CheerBear hellooo to you, have you updated how your meeting at c-link went? Cos I've not seen it... but then my eyes are bleary so could have missed it. Will have a search.

@Former-Member you must be about ready to go, you've sure been busy busy organising today.

Another introverted type @Former-Member! There's a few of us here. That person is there, maybe just in hiding for a while until it's a bit safer to come out. For what it's worth, I think going on that big trip away was pretty adventurous, even if the outcome wasn't as great as you'd hoped. What's for dinner?

@Spookytookims 😞 sounds not great at all. Sorry. My day was draining but I'm here, not too down, not too badly stressed and not too out so that's a win 🙂 Got flowers - they always make me happy and they're very pretty and colourful. What's for dinner at your place?

Back later. Little people to feed 🙂

Re: Complex PTSD - Depression - Anxiety - ADD - Fibro Myalgia/Chronic Fatigue - How do you "get over it"?

@Former-Member our posts crossed in cyberspace 🙂 ISFP.. think you are our first. I'd say that means you are deeply affected by what goes on around you and you process it in feeling, same as @CheerBear so does that mean you are quite a sensitive person? Meaning you take a lot of feelings on board from what is around you?

I'll have to read up. Thanks for that! I'll have a look at if I find anything succinct and pertinent, I'll post it on Cheerbears Thread.

I'm with you though... I think the S could be quite heavily influenced if we are deeper into our trauma because I know for sure intuiting things when I'm in my vortex is pretty much impossible so could imagine that might change.. but I wouldn't be able to do it then anyhow.. wouldn't have the concentration or will. I'd just sit there looking at the questions crying. Pretty pathetic lol.

Edit: I meant to say after that last bit... so yes I was still there and feel pretty much back now.. so the you that you is there. 😄 she's just hiding for a little bit.
