yes.. my feely friend @CheerBear.. have you not read about INTP's? When not traumatised.... INTP's are usually only bored in other people's company lol... I actually read that the other day and nodded. I'd never put it quite like that before but gotsta say.... it can be very true.

Sleep time for me now I think. I'm tired so hopefully I can fall asleep well tonight and stay that way. One good thing about being back here is that big bed of mine I can have all on my own. Loved squishing with the fish during moments for the last couple of nights, but my own bed looks pretty nice tonight.

One more holiday and tough time down for us for our different reasons, and we're all still standing (or lying in bed sleeping). All of us are still 100% successfully surviving 💗

Sweet dreams forum friends

@CheerBear the people I know, that is to say who become my friends... all have something exceptional about them... and I think that says why... because normal run of the mill people the "norms" just end up boring me. Plus I'm sure I do them too.. cos I want to talk about weirdo things and they want to talk about normal things.

Sorry @Former-Member - didn't see your message. I know flashbacks are scary but remember they themselves can't hurt you. Try to practice those breathing and mindfulness exercises.

Hope you get to sleep soon.

Re: Complex PTSD - Depression - Anxiety - ADD - Fibro Myalgia/Chronic Fatigue - How do you "get over it"?

@Former-Memberyou need to figure out why you are getting flashbacks at the moment.. and then do some mindful exercises to "correct" or distract from it. Or change the situation interrupt the bad thoughts. to stop the flow.

Re: Complex PTSD - Depression - Anxiety - ADD - Fibro Myalgia/Chronic Fatigue - How do you "get over it"?

I can see why the people you're friends with would need to have something about them that's a little 'different' @Spookytookims. I think everyone has something exceptional about them and enjoy discovering what that is. Everyone to me is interesting even if I find them not so interesting to be around. (Hello walking contradiction cheerbear haha). Lol to 'weirdo' things. Enjoy the cricket and netflix and chats with Mazarita and plasmo if you get them.
