Re: Complex PTSD - Depression - Anxiety - ADD - Fibro Myalgia/Chronic Fatigue - How do you "get over it"?

Nice that you want to include me @Former-Member but I'm feeling as flat as a banana pancake at the moment. 💕
Just took something for it and am lying on the couch.
Next move, hopefully shower and bed. Maybe another time.

Oh bummer re plane @Spookytookims
Hopefully he'll be home later tonight.
Reminded me of all the delays re travelling years ago. Not sure I'd go too well with it all now, but hoping to travel again. Gosh! Seems impossible the way I've been feeling, but have to be positive, otherwise what's the point. 😂

Early night for you @CheerBear?
Does anyone have plans for the weekend?
Not me, I'm surviving 😂
Have to keep daughter happy and go out though. Will be busy here, tourist place 😮

That's right - you're a couple of hours behind me here. Hope he gets home tonight for you (and him) @Spookytookims

Yeah the island table thing is going to be like some of my pins all put together so we can see it. It's more just for something to do and because I can't share my board with you which is a bit sad, but it might also give you/us a go to for ideas too. Gotta get in that bath first. I am sore and feral.

Hi @Former-Member 💕👋
Yep, fighting off flu.
Finally your holidays start.
I hope they will be restful and fun with your kids.
You must be exhausted. Hugs

Plans for our weekend @Former-Member are people here where we are at the moment. Family and some friends of family. Not lots but enough to be busy. Then Easter bunny night (if I don't eat all the kids chocolate before then haha). You really do sound like a great mum

That's right you're going away @Former-Member
I hope that you have a nice time.
Hoping you're feeling a little better.

Sounds busy @CheerBear
Nice for you to have people around.
I do miss not having a family, especially around Easter/Christmas, but I can't be around mine, too many hurts and they continue to be hurtful. Not strong enough to cope with it all.
Still hard being just the 3 of us, but we're better off without them.
It becomes more obvious Easter/Christmas. We all used to be together all the time, every week.
Hate it for my daughter, but can't be helped. I never stop her from having contact, but she doesn't want to.

Looks like you might have to cook yourself some dindins after all @Spookytookims

Re: Complex PTSD - Depression - Anxiety - ADD - Fibro Myalgia/Chronic Fatigue - How do you "get over it"?

Sorry to hear your family hurt @Former-Member. Holidays can be really hard. It's funny because I feel like I would kind of prefer to be on my own but that's the blues talking, and probably that ugly trauma thing. I feel sort of disconnected from 'normal' people at the moment. It's really great for the little fish to have this. Overnight they kind of lost a massive amount of important to them people, and they feel it in varying degrees, and that makes me feel sad for them, then guilty and it all kind of goes blegh from there. Kind of like this post just did sorry.

Did you get that shower and steak sorted?

I hear you @CheerBear
Sometimes alone is good.
Hope you can hide away on your room when you need to.
Yep dinner eaten, shower very soon.

Funny you said about not feeling like being around "nirmal" people. I totally understand. They don't "get it".
What is normal and who is normal though? 😂
We are just as important as anyone, we've just suffered more amd have more understanding. 😙💕
