Gosh! I hope you will be able to relax and sleep soon. Sleep definitely helps.
@Spookytookims is correct re trip was supposed to revitalize me. Totally did the opposite. @CheerBear 😮😣😢😨😭
I actually feel more stressed which makes me feel so disappointed. But I should just "get iver it". Why can't I just get back on top. I do try so hard to be positive.
These are the school holidays and I was hoping to have fun with my daughter. Last week was a total disaster, now this week, I feel like I've been hit by a truck. 🚐🚎🚑
Catching up with okd friend was a huge upset. She had changed into a b#### I was shocked.
This is why I've isolated myself, because I can't cope with people hurting and disappointing me. I will get strong some day, but for niw I'm shattered, hurting, angry, you name it. 😮😨😢😡😠😕😣😩😶😭😀😂
There, it's out, well, some of it.
I need to distract I think.
Thankyou lovely people 😙❤
For being there.
I'm going to pop in the shower and will check in later.

@Former-Member the thing is.. yes theoretically we can say how much we wish we could flick that switch.. and much as we tell ourselves how and why it should just flick back, unfortunately it doesn't. That's why until we are stronger we must try to protect ourselves from everything that might send us there. Because that "other side" is so precious yet so fragile.
That's to me where the true meaning of self care comes in. To recognise when we hit a good patch and work to strengthen it. The probelm is when we do hit a good spot we think we are better than we are and do all "silly" things and push ourselves back into iit thinking we are stronger than we are.
I learnt that bit of soap box preaching from doing it toooo many times myself and winding back where I didn't want to be and gettting stuck there again and cursing myself for thinking I was stronger than I was and thinking I was magically invincible. I have no idea how many times I did that to myself before I realised I just had to stop doing it and recognise pretty much anything could tip me back in there so treading water was pretty much the best things in those good times. and just enjoying being that little bit stronger.
I ironically, it was from there I really started to actually get stronger, because that's when I really started the self care and alertness of what not to do and where not to think.
Dunno if that makes any sense at all. I know what I'm trying to say but to actually say it without it sounding like a complete nuff nuff may be beyond me! 😛
Not that that in anyway is a help to you right now. Just telling you what I learnt from doing that kind of stuff to myself toooooo many times.
As for the friend.. yeah been there done that sadly. People do change and more often for the worse especially when they have everything go their way. Not sayiing your friend did, but I find that it seems to be a common thread for people I know who have done it. It's disappointing but that's on them not you, though it's hard to accept when it first hits you in the face like that, that's for sure.

I try to stay home and protect myself from the world out there, so I don't get knocked out/down. But I like/need to take my girl out, if she has friends to gang out with I can just drop her off. But most of them work alot, especially on the holidays. So I often have to take her out for lunch, shopping, movies, walk etc. These things are fun when you have the energy and aren't feeling depressed.
Today, I stood my ground and had a home day with her, apart from the walk. At least I didn't have to drive anywhere. 😀
Tomorrow I'll have to takeher out, otherwise if she stays home; she worry about assignments and do them. That's what she did today. High School is so stressful, she really needs to be having fun. Last week for her wad a disaster too. Friend ex friend i mean was very rude to my daughtern i was stunned.
Anyway that was last week. 😀
Tomorrow hopefully will be better. Maybe lunch out ir something.
@CheerBear 😊
I often have to remind myself to do deep breathing to relax @Former-Member
I hope that helps you.
Well i think I've done alot of typing errors and not used punctuation alot, but I'm ready for sleep and too tired to fix it, lol.
Sleep well. Nighty night.
