I am really to sorry to see a bus hit you badly, not that a hit from a bus isn't ever going to be bad. A whirlpool nearly drowned me. Hope things get better for you really soon. Weights look a bit heavy, lol. Gotta keep strong, hey?
Speaking of weights, I only use 1kg weights and still get toned. Was amazed, don't need heavy ones. 😀

Yeah I took a couple of days space and almost disappeared for good from here but decided to try one more time, this time with a few lessons learnt. My psych often says that he wishes I didn't have to work things out the hard way. I prefer to call it learning best by experiencing haha.
Oh well, it is what it is. I've found some cool happy places here and plan to spend most of my forum time on them 🙂
Cooler weather is much nicer for exercise I think too!

I disappeared a while back too @CheerBear @Spookytookims I think for approx a week or so.
Decided to try again, this time with more care, if that makes sense.
I used to go on heaps of threads and try and encourage people. Realized it was dragging me down. Can't "save" everyone. 😕💟

@Former-Member yes. It's a minefield alright. Humour is a no no, encouragement is a no no, relating your own story is a no no. Doesn't really leave much except ... well what it leaves.

@Spookytookims my goodness. starting to think its the places you stand in that gets you in trouble with mess in your hair??
Hugs to all of you with some difficult experiences on the forums... it is a unique space and one that takes some getting used to and learning how to protect ourselves in a range of ways. (from other people... giving too much, vicariously sinking lower with other peoples stories etc)
