Re: Complex PTSD - Depression - Anxiety - ADD - Fibro Myalgia/Chronic Fatigue - Life is so hard.
Thanks for the breaky CheerBear 😊👍
Looks delicious.
Having coffee now. Washing is on. I'm back in bed for a while. Not feeling good at all. Will try and put on a happy face 😀😮😣
Are you staying overnight somewhere CheerBear?
Sorry you're feeling flat too.
What's everyone up to today?
I might try and get out of the house this afternoon. Maybe stay home.

The dreaded "to do" list. Yes, they can seem overwhelming 😮😣😯😨
It does feel a bit relieving to cry.
I hope that you will be able to let the tears out.
Exhaustion is hard, when we have to keep moving.
I hope there can be something in your day to look forward to. Tiring, I know.
It's very frustrating.

@Former-Member - not flat, just wasn't "it's the most exciting day of my life" kind of enthusiastic at 7am like big was. Feeling pretty good now though. This is my bookworm and music lover so we've got bookstores to hit up and music playlists to listen to which is super fun. I have a bit of a surprise for her when we get there which I am looking forward to. We were out last night but home today, and tonight we'll spend the night watching movies that the other fish can't watch. Hope you get a chance to relax a little today. Hugs.
Hi @Former-Member - overwhelming lists aren't fun. You seem like someone who is pretty great at pushing on through it all. I think the need to for little people is helpful in this way sometimes, but mega tiring at the same time. Good luck with everything you have on.
@Former-Member - hope you get some study in today and a chance to enjoy something too.

Were you able to get any studying done? I hope so.
Remember to have a cuppa break with something yummy. ☕🍰
I hung 3 loads of washing so far, cooked Sheperds pie; now resting a bit.
Still feeling really crappy, but trying to ignore it.
Sounds like a busy day @CheerBear 💕👍
I hope you are enjoying it. ☕
Hoping this week will be better than the last one. Bummer, holidays are supposed to be fun.
Hoping to feel better tomorrow so I can do something nice with daughter.
She's feeling really crappy too. Disappointed that our holiday was crap.
Tomorrow's a new day. Home day today.
Hate feeling like this.

Re: Complex PTSD - Depression - Anxiety - ADD - Fibro Myalgia/Chronic Fatigue - Life is so hard.
Are you going far and will you have company?
Hard to explain re holiday.
For some reason all my symptoms were worse while away.
Usually hubby comes and does the driving and takes our girl out when I need a rest.
I thought I'd be ok, but I guessed wrong.
I'll get over it eventually.
It's just very hard falling in a pit again and again and again.
I have been unwell for many years and have had enough if it.
Will try and get to group this week and trying not to stress about things.
I hope you can get done what needs doing with your studying. Wow! 4 loads of washing. I only managed 3, I have more to do, but, like you, it might rain. Ran out of clothes line room. 😂

Huwo @Former-Member I was just dropping in to check on you and see your fresh off the mint, post. Like my post with the ant stance was saying, think you expect too much of yourself woman. Haha like I can talk on that one! That's me all over. Maybe that's why I see the same pattern, the stress feeding off the stress as I push myself through kidding myself I'm ok when really I should take a step back and be kind to myself. Being kind to myself vs obligation to do right by others seems to be a priority I find hard to do. Are you a bit that way too?
