but to answer your questions- some things are upsetting me but ive learnt to identify when its going to trigger me unless it catches me off guard so thats not the problem
i do find it helpful to be on here but i dont even know what im doing on here half the bloody time. i feel so useless at helping others anyway so it wouldnt be that much of a loss the community if i wasnt on here.
i feel more like a pest everyones trying to get rid of

I enjoy having a chat to you. You're not a pest at all. It's lovely that you take time to say "hi", and that you're there to chat.
I used to go on lots of threads and try and help people, but it became too much.
I would stress about answering everyone and worry if I had missed someone's message.
Perhaps if you just went on a few threads, it might be easier for you
It can become overwhelming trying to keep up with different conversations/threads.
You sound like a very nice/caring person.

There's alot of help available if you're interested.
When I was a carer I had help from Blue Care, for the showering etc. They came every morning. There are alot of organisations around, Oz Care etc.....
You might know that already.
Never be shy to ask for help.
It's very stressful being a carer.
You need to think of yourself too, you are important. 😙❤

yeah i know about some services but hes actually ok he has his good and his bad days but its ok just very loneley and repeitive
im glad you dont think im a pest though.
im finally getting through my study revsion worksheets- as i missed yesterday i got to do both topics so 4 worksheets ive completed one and just about to finished the second one 250 Abreviations later!!!! now just another 2 to go

Hello you little terrafirma nudibranch... ok you probably don't know wtf Im talking a bout... but I scuba dive @Former-Member and my ver favourite things to look for underwater are nudibranchs. I love spotting them and finding different ones, you colourful caterpilla reminds me of them 😛 Just throw in nudibranch images on google and have a look at the amazing variety of colours they come in.

Just have a look... you'll see... they are amazing... and quite rare, hard to find because they are very small and camouflage in the colourful coral and crevices @Former-Member
