Gently on yourself if you can @Former-Member 💗 As your own birthday treat, I hope you can find something nice to say to yourself today to quieten that sometimes very unhelpful self talk that I think creeps up on many of us. Even if it is something as simple as 'i am doing the best I can right now and that is enough' 😘
