ive been to my psych appointment today and filled out forms for counselling and had a panic attack and all the dramams that revolve around that attack but im watching a movie now and trying to settle down for the night

@Shaz51 i was watching spy kids but its finished now and mum boyfriend is watching footy so its just background noise at the moment
