Yeah well... it's all there for anyone to see, just I seem to be one of the few putting the pieces together. But that's what I'm good at. Clearly seeing what others are oblivious to. That's an INTP trait and I have it in droves. @outlander it's a gift and a curse.

Nah, it's never a curse for me. It's a curse to other people because we see things they don't. So it leads to them fearing us and stepping away. @outlander

Anyhow I need to go grab something to eat. Not eaten all day and I'm famished. Glad you are back. I will probably take a step back from the forums bar random email notifications I choose to answer or "like".

I've turned a corner in myself lately, and I'm going to start swimming and visiting the university more rather than hanging around the house. This means something deep has shifted, a final or near final babuska doll I've reached. It's wonderful to be feeling like "me" again and it is changing my fear of outside to needing to be outside. Who'd a thunk it 😛 @outlander

No, ir wasnt too early for you to come back. @outlander You need to stop double thinking yourself. You are fine here and loads of people are very happy you are back. For you as much as for them.. 🙂 Now do you want that pesky ant? Cos I can get him quickly?

Re: Complex PTSD - Depression - Anxiety - ADD - Fibro Myalgia/Chronic Fatigue - How do you "get over it"?

good idea @Spookytookims i should be doing the same thing except i have no appetite.

swimming sounds good though im not much of a swimmer, more of a quick jump in and quicker to get out that i got in type of girl and being near the university sounds great too. sounds like something has shifted and im glad your feeling like you again or at least starting to

the beauty of being INJF Spooky Lol but i cant help it now, it seems to come to me a lot more now since a few recent events.

nononono little ant can stay hidden for now

it might need to come out when im standing frozen near the drs surgeruy to give me that kick in the backside to walk in though
