ive got to do one more revision sheet @BlueBay thn im done for the day

one of the worksheets were 250 abbreviations and then another was 100 true or false and then the other two were over all questions for the topics

@Former-Member did you say you were studying medical terminology. If yes, gee all those abbreviations would be hard to remember. Well done for doing so much today. Am proud of you. 🙂

i can put a pic up of a few of them if you like @BlueBay and yes thats wat im studying. theres way more than 250 but ill just start with those ones for now

Will you then be able to get a job in the medical field like admin?? How long is the course?

@BlueBay this is some of the course content- we have to make up word and put them together and these are some of the words to use to make them

e.g

Craniotomy is broken down into

cranio-skull-head

otomy- incision into

the course has been going since january and finishes the start of next month for the final exam

i cant gert straight into medical admin, i have to do the receptionist course first but im not too sure about doing reception work, think ill look into something else

I was lucky @Former-Member I sort of fell into medical admin after being an admin assistant in a medical records department of a major hospital. I don't think I'd be cut out for being a receptionist either, I am clearly not a people person lol.
