Can't Stop

Can't Stop

I hate that I can't stop the cycle of Bipolar! I hate it that I'm rapid cycling so fast and about to crash!!! I hate that I'm going to have to use my energy to get back up to fall down! It just dose not stop! Like why won't it flippin stop? Am I asking for to much? I just don't know why I keep fighting. It's not like I'm fighting something that is not going to stop! It's dumb. I'm just tiered. I want this feeling to stop! I'm happy then screaming then laughing then crying. Every emotion is so strong. I can't stop SH I can't stop taking pills. I can just see my self slowly destroying myself and everyone I love. Why do I keep fighting it?

All I was doing is stating why I can't have children because I was burnt as a kid and I could not run the risk of that doing that to my child. That even though for so people it works out fine I personally don't feel like I could take that risk.

Re: Can't Stop

Went back to work today after a week off. Was very hard. Had a tear session in the morning. Tried to make myself happy with my unhealthy habits. Had a chat to my boss though who said im doing a great job and what ever I need they will help. I'm just scared I'm going to get so sick I will have to stop working all together. I'm already freaking out about work tomorrow. Like I don't know what I would do if I couldn't work.

Hi @Former-Member

Great to hear you have a supportive boss!

I don't think it's unreasonable to expect that after a week off, getting back into things is going to take some adjustment and that's going to drive some anxiety. Please don't be too tough on yourself and think too far ahead.

It isn't an indicator of your future working capacity.
