Was the hospital able to provide you with any carer/family member links to services?
Do you have any formal or informal supports you can reach out to? I know you mentioned feeling alone, and this is totally understandable.
When you mentioned you are looking for advice and guidance, are you able to share a little more about this? Is it advice and guidance to help you manage? Is it about what might happen next for your family member?

Not their hospital, more like outpatients
