I've woken up in a grumpy mood

I don't think chugging black, unsweetened coffee is helping, but that's what I'm doing

My birds have been a bit cranky too and squawking. They are just settling for a nanna nap now

Didn't sleep to well last night seems to be the norm sitting here waiting for gp appointment on the way here stopped to pick up my package that had been delivered on my Monday and it wasn't there in usual place it's gone don't know what to do now it's only things for my aquarium I suppose someone needed it more than I did

Productive I'd say the least, increase in iron & vitamins taking, cut back soft drink & drink more water also increase in thyroid meds hope all this works I won't go without my morning coffee it's vital for me lol
