Usually 10 to 15 people in a discussion. It's pretty relaxed. Expecting a new facilitator this month, so anything might happen

"Fight Club" with the new facilitator was good. He started off nervous but totally nailed it by the end of the 90 minutes

I'm unsure if I have my prediabetes program tonight or tomorrow. One reminder said today, one said wednesday. Tonight is better, If I'm honest. They are only quick check ins

Oh well if you're session was yesterday you're very late and if it's today you're well prepared 😉
