Struggling with the world

Hi everyone, I have CPTSD and have been struggling lately with the news and social media surrounding SA, triggering me. I am socially isolated and most people that know me are unaware of my history.

I have been getting very angry at the injustice and violence going on everyday and it all feels too much.

I don’t have anyone to talk to about this stuff except my Psychologist but I feel like I need people who “get it” to talk to so I don’t explode.

Is anyone else struggling like me.
