Welcome to the foums @username2026 ,
It sounds like it's such an incredibly difficult time for you right now and there are so few supports you can lean on. It takes a lot of courage to reach out on the forums, for which I want to give you credit for.
I hear your grief. I hear how much you long to have your mum with you as you yourself navigate parenthood. Please know your feelings are valid.
I look forward to hearing the community's insights and experiences here on the forums and hope you feel supported and less alone.

I'm sorry to hear you're going through this - grief can be so overwhelming. Its ok to cry, wail, scream, sob- your pain and distress is valid. Take care and allow yourself to grieve

Hi @username2026
I am truly sorry for your loss. Grief is a really difficult thing to go through. Sometimes it feels like you’ve made progress only to feel yourself slipping backwards. There is no timeline for grief unfortunately. Does it help talking about your mum and keeping her memory alive or is it too difficult currently? This community is here to support you. You are not alone.

I am sorry to hear about your mum’s passing. It can be incredibly sad at times, but you are not alone, she will always be there for you and no matter how hard or pointless it may seem, she would want you to carry on.

So sorry to hear of your loss, & the grief that follows, sadly this is the price we pay for love, & although it is incredibly painful, it enforces the everlasting bond you had/have with your mother. I lost my mother suddenly & unexpectedly 3 years ago, I have had to learn to live with the emptiness & pain, but I also try to honour her everyday, as I know she is with me, & we will be reunited one day. Keep true to yourself & your mother & hopefully, in time, it will help. X
