Help changing my pfp

Can a mod help me? how do I change my pfp? I want to change it to my favourite pokemon (Charmander).

Hi @BAO, I tried that but it didn't work in chrome. I just tried in safari and I think it worked? It is not showing it for me but it let me put the image in. Maybe it's just a bit laggy :( thanks for your help
