yes or no to resigning

yes or no to resigning

Went to clients retirement village to work with her today, the shift was absolutely horrible staff treated me like a piece of sh.., spoke to job provider about it she cannot advise me as she doesn't want me to quit. I'm down to working with 2 clients now it does say in my contract if misconduct occurs shifts will be decreased. I don't enjoy going to the retirement village now even tho I've my big britches panties on. I didn't get to the next stage of recruitment for the position I applied for last week it looked so promising to me. If I stay with client @ nursing home the staffs attitude will not change towards me as for my boss there's no support there. I want to resign but worried about Centrelink as I still need to pay rent. I ignored & stayed away much of the shift from staff, I'll also talk to my therapist

Hi @Spitfire1

Good on you for standing your ground and sticking up for yourself. They aren't worth your time or energy. Make sure you get the seperation certificate from them
