Another long night

Yes, this thread went very busy. The forums do that from time to time. Then it can be quiet, like the long nights. I guess, the topic attracted others.

I hope you got a reasonable couple of nights sleep. My sleep is doing a bit better lately. For a few months it was not good, but I have started Memorising, and singing in my head as a kind of meditation various songs that I am doing. It is really helping my mood, the words are good, and the ebb and flow of melody and rhythm seems to calming and uplifting. Songs such as Born Free and Feeling Good by Nina Simone.

At the time I lived with my then fiancé so I felt a little more safe than if I lived alone as this person knew where I lived, what car I drove and my home phone number. So if we have to resort to just being friends online it's disappointing but I respect the reasons behind it.

Anonymity is there for all of our safety but sometimes I wish I could meet some members in real life, just to give them a hug and share a cuppa.

Bill Bailey, he's so funny! Enjoy your day. I am 'laxing today, thinking about whether to bake another loaf of banana bread and make a zucchini slice or leave it until tomorrow.

Plus I have some frozen berries that I might make some blueberry muffins as well.
