Managing thoughts of suicide & self-harm

Thoughts about life

Thoughts about life

Hi, i don't know what i'm feeling but i'm going through so much right now and i don't see a point in life. I feel alone and hopeless. I also hate this world so much, i hate being a girl and i hate how there is so many awful things going on everywhere, i think life is very unfair and i don't want this life. Another reason why i don't want it is because i feel like i'm already messed up and the way i'am is so exhausting to live with i just can't be bothered anymore because i think i will never be "normal". It's exhausting for the people around me and for myself. I'm not even living for myself anymore i just don't want to shock my family, but also my mum is a bit part of the reason why i'm like this. And i don't think anyone understands how bad things are in my mind right now, i'm so tired of everything. My psychiatrist doesn't understand either and i don't know what to do because if i don't find something that will help me soon then i don't think i will be able to stay longer. There's so many things i want to say, i have so many problems and because of that i think it's just better if i don't live because i don't think life is real and i really don't see a point in suffering when i could just not feel anything. I also really want a friend, i really like movies, music, taking photos, going out. My current favourite artist is Yung Lean, i love him so much. I recently watched Léon the professional it was very sad but good. I also don't know what i wanna do in the future, i hate how i will have to work my ass off to make a living that's why i just don't want anything. I also can't imagine myself getting married because every guy i've been with wasn't loyal to me.

That's it for now xx

Re: Thoughts about life

I understand a lot of what you have written in your post and I feel the same in a lot of ways. Sick, sick and sick of life throwing unfair crap at me, the last one was threats to be bashed because I supposedly threatened and abused a young boy at an outdoor celebration event. That is the last bloody thing I would do but all the people who knew me well enough to know that, not ONE of them came to help me cope with these nasty threats. I have had so much to deal with and the only reason I am now staying on this rotten planet is because I have promised my son that I won't do anything to myself, but I wish I could. Hugs to you darl xx

I'm sorry to hear you went through this @Gaylene and especially having no one stand up for you - that can really hurt. Perhaps, if you're close enough with any of them, you could let them know how it made you feel?

Re: Thoughts about life

I've just joined SANE because I honestly don't know where to go or what to do.... and @woodengirl96 you have nearly explained what's going on in my head - with the exception of being a girl.

The world is f****d and on top of that having to struggle through everyday in a meaningless existence has made me wonder what the point of being here is. You're line of "not even living for myself anymore I just don't want to shock my family" is spot on for me too.

Sorry I'm obviously not helping with my comments - I don't actually know if I'm using this whole thing right, but reading this, I felt I just had to reply as I've never heard anyone else come close to describing this feeling.
